Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered but If something’s not quite right, we’re happy to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With original tags/packaging included
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We offer exchanges subject to stock availability. If your size is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Worn or washed products
- Items damaged through normal wear or misuse
Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Return Shipping
There is a flat fee of AED 20 for return shipping unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
How to Start a Return

- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Any relevant photos (if applicable)
